What makes RESONANCE different?

Every RESONANCE piece is made from a natural fiber: linen, wool, cashmere, hemp, or organic cotton. No polyester, no acrylic, no microplastic shedding. We chose these fibers because they breathe, age beautifully, and resonate at the body's natural frequency.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship directly from our global partner network, typically from the US, Portugal, Lithuania, or Italy depending on the product. Standard delivery is 5-12 business days. Express is 2-5.

What are shipping costs?

Free shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.95.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final except for defective or damaged items. If your item arrives defective, email hello@resonancebycharles.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer exchanges?

No formal exchanges. All sales final. If a piece arrives and something is wrong with the item itself (damaged, defective, wrong item shipped), we make it right at no cost to you.

How should I care for linen?

Wash cold on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low or line dry. Iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish, or embrace the lived-in wrinkle; that is the signature.

How should I care for wool and cashmere?

Hand wash in cold water with a wool-safe detergent, or dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Never tumble dry.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Hero pieces we restock every 4-6 weeks. Seasonal drops are one-time only. If something is gone, it is gone.
