Refund policy

All sales final.

 

Because RESONANCE pieces ship directly from our global production partners, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on items sold as described.

 

Defective or damaged items.

 

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email hello@resonancebycharles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, at our discretion, at no cost to you.

 

EU customers.

 

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. If you reside in the EU, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, email hello@resonancebycharles.com with your order number before the 14-day window closes. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.

 

Non-returnable items.

 

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstance: swimwear, underwear, intimates, fragrance, gift cards, final-sale items, and any item marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
