Shipping policy

Shipping

RESONANCE orders ship from our global partner network. Most orders leave the fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Standard delivery to US addresses takes 3-7 business days. International delivery takes 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

 

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $7.99. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

 

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If tracking has not updated 7 days after shipment, email hello@resonancebycharles.com and we will investigate.

 

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Swimwear, fragrance, gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return. See our Return and refund policy for full details.

 

To start a return: email hello@resonancebycharles.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will send return instructions within 24 hours on weekdays.

 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases we cover the return and ship a replacement immediately.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return. There is no restocking fee. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Exchanges

We don't process formal exchanges. It's faster to return the first item and place a new order for the correct size. If the size you want is out of stock, email us and we will hold a replacement for you when the next batch arrives.
