Shipping

RESONANCE orders ship from our global partner network. Most orders leave the fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Standard delivery to US addresses takes 5-12 business days. International delivery takes 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $8.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If tracking has not updated 7 days after shipment, email hello@resonancebycharles.com and we will investigate.

Returns (All Sales Final)

All RESONANCE sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items sold as described. This policy keeps our operation lean so we can keep prices honest.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or we shipped you the wrong piece: email hello@resonancebycharles.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion, at no cost to you.

EU customers

EU residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

Non-returnable items

Swimwear, underwear, intimates, fragrance, gift cards, and any item marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If the size you ordered does not work, the piece is yours. We size every product page generously and publish model measurements to help you get it right the first time.
